I approach each session with this in mind, pushing clients to their potential on strong days, and adjusting the plan when they need it. I monitor each client's progress on a weekly basis, tailoring their training plan each week using a holistic approach. Adjustments are made based on your performance, any changes in your personal life, the current phase of your training, and your fitness goals.
