Meet coach viv

Hi there! I’m Vivian Kwong, a certified personal trainer based in Austin, TX. I began my fitness journey at the age of 15, lifting weights at LA Fitness. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade learning about and practicing various forms of weight training, from bodybuilding to powerlifting, and eventually competing at the national level in Olympic Weightlifting. After years of training in the gym, I knew I wanted fitness to play a larger role in my life. I decided to leave my corporate job to start Train with Viv, ready to share my passion for movement with anyone interested. 

Today, I help clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves. I believe each client requires a unique approach to their fitness journey, so I take care to create highly personalized training plans and to provide the structure, motivation and support needed to keep them on track.

My goal is to not only help clients reach their fitness goals but also to help them: 

  • Develop sustainable habits for lasting results

  • Find joy in movement, strength, and mobility

  • Build a positive relationship with fitness
